Second, follow us on Instagram and have fun with it! Get your kids involved! Take pictures in front of Historical Markers, buildings, Shem Creek and tag us...you get the idea!

 

Third, last year we added Near Field Communication (NFC) labels to historical signage in the Old Village, Fort Palmetto Park, and Point Primus. This year, we have added tours! Curious about our Black history, the Old Village, or how our industry and commerce developed? Check out our self-guided tours at the Mount Pleasant Historical website or mobile app. Just tap your cell phone on the label and additional information will pop up. Check out our new Passport Program and take the Mt. P and Me challenge, visit our historical markers, and “stamp” your passport. If you need a homeschooling activity, this one is for you!
